1. I'm a former GB International Swimmer athlete.

2. I've been coaching fitness for over 10 years, so expect me to be hot on technique and keeping you accountable!

3. I make sure I get the most out of people when coaching - we'll work hard, but we'll have fun doing it.

 

How fitness has changed things for me: Fitness has been a massive part of my life, giving me a huge amount of discipline and drive. #FITNESSCHANGESEVERYTHING
