1. I have energy in abundance: by day I run advertising campaigns, by night I teach to big beats. I give everything my all and I want you to too.
2. Zoning out on a long-distance run or in the studio on the bike is 100% my happy place.

How fitness has changed things for me: Fitness completely transformed my anxious mind. It keeps me grounded and makes me feel strong and capable #FITNESSCHANGESEVERYTHING

Favourite Song / Genre: On the bike, I love mixing it up between house, tech and drum & bass. Maybe a bit of grime if that's where my mood is at.
