The 3 things you need to know about me:

1. I smile a lot and I'm a friendly person who has an optimistic outlook, even during difficult times.

2. I'm curious and love to try new things, especially when it comes to movement and anything creative.

3. I eat food all the time and can handle the hottest spice.


How fitness has changed things for me: It empowered me to break through the limitations I felt I had. It helped me to get out of the way of my own mind, which has been the biggest hurdle to jump - but I'm now seriously in the game.


My classes are: Vibrant, Intense, Nourishing.


Favourite Song / Genre: My obsession is James Blake. On. Repeat. Everyday.
