Carl found his passion for training through team sports and endurance events. He has completed a number of marathons, ultra-endurance races, triathlons and multi-discipline events.
He's the mastermind behind our LIFT+ROW workouts, so you can expect his classes to be challenging, focussed and fun. His sessions are based on strength & conditioning and he applies this across his Circuit, Cycle and Lift+Row classes.
