Carl Van-Heerden

Carl is the mastermind behind our LIFT+ROW workouts, so you can expect his classes to be challenging, focussed and fun. His sessions are based on strength & conditioning and he applies this across his Circuit, Cycle and Lift+Row classes.

 

You will experience an authentic and dynamic training session from Carl. Voted ClassPass Instructor of the Year 2018, his goal is simply to redefine your experience of a workout and empower you to appreciate how strong you really are.
