How fitness has changed things for me: Aside from allowing me to eat a little more cake than I usually do without feeling too guilty, fitness has, and always will be, my therapy. It is my medicine, my release and my happy place. No matter how I am feeling I know that moving my body will always bring me back to a state of happiness and equilibrium #FITNESSCHANGESEVERYTHING

Favourite Song / Genre: R&B, Deep House, anything with a sexy beat. I have the most eclectic taste in music. MJ - Dirty Diana is an all-time fave!
