How fitness has changed things for me: Fitness is the most important thing in my life. It helps me mentally and physically every single day. Having transitioned from working in a marketing agency into full time fitness, it's now not only my passion, but also my career, and I'm so excited for it! #FITNESSCHANGESEVERYTHING
