1. I had to give up Bourbon biscuits for an entire year, I can't resist them.

2. I am a massively against toxic masculinity; let's talk about our feelings.

3. I used to be a professional dancer!

 

How fitness has changed things for me: It's helped teach me one of my passions is moving to music; galvanising the notion that my identity isn't my career. #FITNESSCHANGESEVERYTHING

 

My classes are: Focused yet fun, with a touch of biomechanics.

How will you feel when you leave my class? Like you understand what you're doing on the bike and why; exhausted but with a clear mind.
