Three things you need to know about me:
1. Give me a bag of sensations balsamic vinegar and caramelised onion and I'm in heaven.
2. Movement, music and dance are everything to me.
3. I hate the cold (even though I used to live in Estonia)
How fitness changed things for me: Yoga specifically put things into perspective for me, and allowed me to be in control -- It gives me the chance to check in with myself.
My classes are: Focussed, Disciplined, Fluid
Favourite Song: Impossible to answer...there are too many to pin down, it all depends on the vibe & mood.
