Fred is a former professional rugby player, who takes an holistic approach to health & fitness. As well as his background in strength & conditioning, he specialises in mobility and incorporates different elements of gymnastics/callisthenics into his own training. You can expect to be pushed right to your limits in his high tempo classes!
