Issi Lancaster

Issi began practicing yoga to recover from a knee injury through running. After realising how yoga could focus the mind and connect her to the body, Issi became curious about our abilities to use our bodies and minds mindfully. Issi’s classes explore alignment through understanding our individual anatomy whilst being deeply grounding.
