Classes: Yoga, Stretch+Mobility

 

The 3 things you need to know about me:

1. I'm passionate about exploring all kinds of movement and finding ways to bring different techniques together.

2. I have high standards for all of my classes, but even higher for myself and bettering myself as an instructor.

3. I will drop everything for dark chocolate.

 

How fitness has changed things for me: Fitness has made me realise that there is no goal that is out of reach, if you take the right steps towards it

 

My classes are: Strong, Stretchy, Sweaty

 

How you'll feel when you leave my class: One of my teachers said she wanted everyone to feel like they were floating out, at the end of class. We'll find out whether that's because you're relaxed or because your legs are jelly...
