The 3 things you need to know about me:
1. My funny accent is actually Scottish! (a very diluted one)
2. I'm at my best with sandy feet and salty hair
3. I love doing things that will terrify my parents - sky diving, hanging off the side of a building 88 floors up and deep water diving to name a few.
How fitness has changed things for me: My life has always been centred around movement, from playing competitive sport to professional dancer, and now yoga teacher. Although I've spent the best part of 20 years training my body, I'm still amazed at how far we can push ourselves physically and mentally, and that there is something new to learn everyday.
