Jennifer Dwyer

Jenn's yoga practice teaches her time and time again that if she changes what she's thinking, she can change how she's feeling. She is now on a mission to share this with others through sweaty, playful vinyasa classes that are deeply connected to breath and matched with a perfect playlist. She hopes that every student leaves her class with a deeper appreciation for who they are and what they are capable of.
