The 3 things you need to know about me:
1. I love Christmas films, I could watch one every day. Especially the cheesy Channel 5 kind!
2. I set an intention each morning and guide students to do the same at the beginning of their practice and encourage them to take their intention off the mat and into their day to day life.
3. Tiger Balm is always in my bag!
How fitness has changed things for me: It gives me self confidence and energy to not doubt myself.
