How fitness has changed things for me: Fitness is everything to me, it has given me: an identity from a young age, a way to socialise, a focus and an outlet for stress and emotion #FITNESSCHANGESEVERYTHING

How will you feel when you leave my class? Absolutely exhausted but with the most humongous sense of achievement. Kind of like... you have done 12 rounds with Tyson but won!
