The 3 things you need to know about me:

1. I'm a "I'm always good" type of person and always positive

2. I have way too much energy first thing in the morning (Sorry my 6.30am'ers)

3. Extremely disciplined and hard working

 

How fitness has changed things for me: Fitness is everything to me, it has given me: an identity from a young age, a way to socialise, a focus and an outlet for stress and emotion #FITNESSCHANGESEVERYTHING

 

My classes are: Fun, Uplifting, Hard Work

 

Favourite Song / Genre: Anything House, Maverick Sabre, with a dash of Dancehall.

 

How will you feel when you leave my class? Absolutely exhausted but with the most humongous sense of achievement. Kind of like... you have done 12 rounds with Tyson but won!
