The 3 things you need to know about me:

1. I used to be a professional dancer, and I will give you 100% of my attention and focus to help push yourself as hard as you can.

2. I helped sail a 44ft ship across the Atlantic.

3. Pizza is my undoubtably my favourite food.

 

How fitness has changed things for me: It gave me confidence in myself to not only help myself, but to help others become the best version of themselves that they can be #FITNESSCHANGESEVERYTHING

 

My classes are: Rewarding, High Energy, Challenging.

 

Favourite Song / Genre: Old school Hip Hop.

 

How will you feel when you leave my class? Like you're ready to devour a whole Home Slice pizza without it even touching the sides. Failing that: hot, sweaty and with an enormous sense of accomplishment.
