The 3 things you need to know about me:
1. I left my hometown when I was 18 and, before settling and falling in love with London, I've lived in 5 different cities and 12 flats.
2. I am a chocolate addict (and peanut butter too). There's no day without chocolate and that's why I always have a smile on my face!
3. I am very disciplined - probably due to many years of ballet training and dancing professionally - and a little stubborn. If I set myself an intention, I will try my best to complete it.
How fitness has changed things for me: My motto is 'movement is my medicine' - be it a pilates class, a strength training session or just dancing around like nobody is watching. Fitness for me is a journey of self discovery, my best friend that gives me focus, clarity of mind and an outlet for emotions when needed. #FITNESSCHANGESEVERYTHING
My classes are: Energising, Form Focused, Varied.
Favourite Song / Genre: It depends on my mood - anything upbeat I can sing and dance along too, but I also love a good acoustic song to slow down.
How will you feel when you leave my class? Balanced, having worked your body from head to toe, and you will probably feel your abs when laughing!
