1. I always need to be doing something and my diary is meticulously mapped out each week to fit everything in!
2. I'm happiest when walking outside in the fresh air or running and listening to a good podcast!
3. I will always do my best to have a positive impact on your day if you choose to spend an hour with me taking class - and I love it when clients make me feel the same way in return!
