Louise teaches a strong, mindful and dynamic class, focusing on reconnecting with the sensations and feelings within movement and the body.

Louise is a strong believer that we all benefit from movement, breath and mindfulness practices - whether you consider yourself a yogi or not. Louise is fascinated with biomechanics and likes to adapt some of the traditional yoga poses to bring some strength and activation to our bodies.
