Meri started her yoga journey in 2012, when unsuccessful chiropractic sessions led her to take up yoga. The foundation of her teaching is based on her firm belief in the connection between the mind and body. She teaches a dynamic, energetic and creative sequence, set to some funky beats. Her goal: to energise, relax and uplift.
