Classes: Yoga


The 3 things you need to know about me:

1. I'm sports mad and was a former tennis player, sprinter and follow pretty much any sport

2. My international sporting career consists of representing Scotland at Rounders

3. I always make my yoga classes a warm and welcoming place where people can move and breath at their own place. No one should ever feel intimidated by yoga


How fitness has changed things for me: Most importantly, it's given me mental strength as well as physical strength, and the self belief I once lacked. I don't train for abs or a better bum I train with a goal in mind (e.g. pull ups or handstands). This is a far more rewarding approach to fitness #FITNESSCHANGESEVERYTHING
