How fitness has changed things for me: I truly believe that mindful movement is beneficial for not only your physical body but also your mental health. It has helped me so much, I am continually learning and expanding my knowledge on this subject, with elements falling into my personal practice and classes #FITNESSCHANGESEVERYTHING
