1. I hate cheese, even though I am Italian

2. I used to be a professional dancer. Nowadays, I love going to ballet and musical shows

3. My favourite city in the world: Naples

 

How fitness has changed things for me: Fitness changed my mood - I love my body and I want to care for it, so, when I workout, I am simply a better person. Fitness for me is a tool, like food is to nourish the body, fitness helps me feel my best. My motto? I workout smarter, not harder FITNESSCHANGESEVERYTHING
