1. I started Pilates on the back of a skiing accident
2. I am very very active - I find it hard to sit still for long periods of time
3. I am a trained Safari Guide (!)
How fitness has changed things for me: It has inspired me to always go that bit further in life, whatever it is. Our bodies and minds are capable of so much more than we think they are. Fear is a good thing, you just have to learn to work through it and see how amazing it is on the other side :) #FITNESSCHANGESEVERYTHING

How will you feel when you leave my class? Lifted, both physically and mentally. I want your whole body to feel worked, and any aches/pains you had previously should have lessened. It's important to me that you feel stronger, as well as longer, leaner and more mobile. Ready to take on the world!
