Rebecca will add a new dimension to your fitness regime, focusing on alignment, core and a fluid movement to increase mobility, flexibility, strength and stability. Rebecca trained as a classical dancer from a young age & has always been attuned to the way the body moves. She likes to use this to create dynamic & different sequences that are expressive, fresh & exciting. Expect a playful, fluid & challenging hour with some sweat & lots of smiles!
