1. I have always been very active, but hated sports when I was in school

2. I am a cheese, coffee and nuts addict

3. I rave sober


How fitness has changed things for me: I always cared more about others than myself, not necessarily in a positive way. Fitness helped me to reconnect to myself, feel more confident and learn to like myself - and that improved my relationship to myself and people around me #FITNESSCHANGESEVERYTHING
