Classes: Power Yoga, Stretch
The 3 things you need to know about me:
1. I'm always singing and/or dancing - mostly to Beyoncé and Disney Musicals!
2. I'm horse MAD - they are my spirit animal!
3. I'm a keen runner, currently training for my first London Marathon.
How fitness has changed things for me: Physically and mentally, fitness unleashed my gritty side and allowed me to discover an inner strength I didn't know I had. When I step onto a yoga mat, I feel completely at home and connected to myself. #FITNESSCHANGESEVERYTHING
My classes are: Energising, Dynamic, Playful.
