How fitness has changed things for me: It helped me recover mentally and physically from a broken lower back and other career ending injuries, it's a way to relieve stress and socialise with like minded people.

 

My classes are: Educating, Energetic, Hard Work.

 

Favourite Song / Genre: The next episode, Old School Hip Hop, House.

 

How will you feel when you leave my class: Sweaty, tired, but with the most rewarding feeling inside you that you've just conquered the day.
