POWER YOGA 75 (75)Powerful, dynamic + restorative.
An evolution of the 55 minute class designed for more experienced practitioners. Expect to work on a deeper level mentally and physically with more advanced asana, including arm balances and inversions.
MAT PILATES (55)Focus, flow + flexibility.

STRETCH (55)Flexibility, mobility + recovery.
Our take on the traditional yin class focusing on deep active and passive stretches to help release the body’s connective tissue. Expect long, still stretches using blocks and straps.
