If you love working out in our spaces then drop-in to our OPEN GYM. During these times you can use our main studios + equipment at your leisure. And our top trainers will be programming optional daily workouts which you can follow to make your time as effective as possible. Please note, these are unsupervised sessions. Drop in price: £10.
